A series of district meetings have kicked off county efforts to review old and develop new policies which will become the program, or what Fanil Bureau is for and against next year.
The slogan for the policy de\elbpment program is, “Needed. .15,00(1 Paul Reveres.” The message of this is that w? need men and women to keep watch on developments in our nation and the world, who will alert and incite the people to accept their rightful responsibility as citizens.
I -ongtellow said in his famous poem, “Paul Revere’s Ride:”

'Hie hour of the ride is at hand. We are in dire need not only in Farm Bureau but throughout the nation for messengers.
Already our passive attitudes, indifferences, unconcerns have,all hut capured our country. Many Farm Bureau people realize this but have not determined which way to ride. The attitude, “What can I do?—Just one little voice among all of these complex problems?" has stilled 'the hoof-beats
