According to Doug Tucker. Manager, this total included the last regular Monday sale, the first re. gtilar Saturday sale, and a special sale of feeder stock on Friday, September ^7th. The Saturday sale featured, introduction of the outweight method of auctioning livestock for tjhc first time in Virginia, many representitives of the packing industry being present to provide support. The special sale was conducted before a full house, with satisfactoryprices prevailing on all classes of livestock.
