Amissville Civic Club
The .Amissville Civic Club held their November meeting with Misses (larland and Lucille Riley.
The meeting was called to order bv the President. Mrs. Charles Cirern, The club, creed was read bv Mrs.~ Dorothy Hacltlel^ Loi*d’s Prayer led by Mrs. Ruby Green and the club hymn, "Faith Of Our Fathers” was sung by the group.
The club, with a total of 16 members iust recently organized has $100.00 in their treasury.
A gift sale is planned for the December meeting, with each member bringing a gift and a friend. These will be auctioned off bv a member of the club.
The meeting' adjourned after which delicious refreshments were served bv the hostesses.

Plans Dance
There will be a dance in the Sperryville School Auditorium or. Friday December 20th, 10S7.
Plans are already being made for their-annual carnival for 10S8 and the third weekend in July has been selected as carnival week.
