be paid cash wages of at least $150 in a year or he must work on some part of as many as 20 different days during the year on a time (hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) basis rather than a piece-work basis. If a farm hand is employed 21 days during 1057, the work is covered even it he is not paid as much as $100. Another farm hand may earn $140 during 1957 and work 19 days. This would not be covered because he meets neither the $1 5(1 test nor the 20 day test. A third farm employee who is paid $155 would be covered even if he works less than 20 days.
