He was horn in Rappahannock County. He was the husband of the late Eleanor Rosie Norman.

He is survived by his father and mother. William R. Norman and Irene Scott Norman; 2 sons, Thomas and Richie, and three daughters. Patsy, Shirley and |udy; also one sister, Mrs. Ruby Williams of Chester Gap and both grandparents, W. O. Norman of Rock Mills and William Scott of Viewtown. ' Funeral services were held Thursday. December 12 at 2 p.m. in the Maddox Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Randolph Martin. Interment was in the Prospect Hill Cemetery.
