PINEAPPLE PORK CHOP BOAST * 8 lean pork chops Salt « Pepper Paprika 2 tablespoons butter i 1 eup chopped onion h cup chopped celery 3ft cups lightly toasted day-old,bread crumbs 2 cups canned pineapple tidbits 2 tablespoons chopped parsley ft teaspoon ginger ft teaspoon marjoram ' ft teaspoon salt ft teaspoon black pepper Trim any excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika. Brown lightly in greased frying pan. Remove. Add butter. Saute' onion and celery until soft but not brown. Pour over bread crumbs. Stir in drained pineapple, parsley, spices, salt and pepper.
