Quinn, Executive Director of the Game Commission. “ j ' This valuable property is being purchased by the Virginia Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, and according to Quinn/ Chairman Beverley W. Stras, Jr., > signed the sales contract on January 18. Upon approval by the Attorney General, the Commission will begin immediate development of the tract as a public shooting and fishing area. i ’Hie Game Commission will pay $350,000 fpr this tract of land ' which is $68,000 less than the apn raised value. This property will be purchased with 'P-R hinds and will, actually cost the commission only $87,500 or approximately $4.60 an acre. . *■.
