6. i The* licenses issued under this oranance shall be for a period of twelve months and said twelve months period shall begin' on the 15th day of April 1958 and con* tinue thrtmgh the 14th day. of the ■ following April, Said license t^x , is imposed on a-year to year basis and shall become effective on the 15th day of April, 1958 and continue in effect until rescinded by the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, ’ 7. In the event that any person shall make application for any such licenses, as hereinabove described, for any license year, subsequent to the 15th day of October, then the cost thereof shall be one-half of the initial co6t thertof.
8.
