And it is further ordered fhatV the said resolution be published in the Rapahannock News, a newspaper published in the county of Rappahainnock, and having general circulation therein, and as required by. law, and it is further ordered that notice be published in said newspaper as required by law. a once a week for four (4) success-' ~ ivc weeks, showing the proposed • new motor vehicle license tax for »hp vear beginning. 15th day of April. 1958, the purpose of such new tax is to provide a sinking fund to1 be ear-marked “Building Program for Schools”, the rate of said new tax being Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every auto, mobile and motor truck arid Three 'Dollars ($3.00) for each and every motorcycle. The date- and place for the public hearing on the said proposed county tax is set for Wednesday. April 2, 1958. at ' 19:00 O’cock A. ]Cf. at the Court house of said County, at Washington, Virginia.-And the Clerk of this Board is directed to give notice of the proposed tax by publication in the Rappahannock News for thirty days (30) prior to such Public hearing, setting forth the date, time, place and* purpose pf such hearing. t
