His Arm Amputated John Gyurek, 22 of Warren , Ohio, who was injured with his bride in an automobile accident on June 10 in Rappahannock County, is reported as improving at the Warren Memorial Hbspital, where his left arm was amputated on Sunday. Mrs. Gyurek, 20, is also still a patient at the hospital, where she is receiving treatment for numerous contusions.
