Though two attempts had to be madel to complete the annual carnival sponsored by the Firemen and Ladies Auxiliary of Amissville, they came out winners, by $9,370, gross receipts. All bills have not yet come in so net results "ere'not known. *■ -J
Rain excelled the original Saturday night schedule and the carnival was postponed two weeks, at which time moderate temperatures end clear skies prevailed to bring tlic annual event to a successful close.
