Gaunt against Rowena Kirkpatrick Gaunt upon the grounds of Desertion. And an affidavit having been made. and filed that the defenmhrt Rowen Kirpatrick Gaunt is not\^ resident of the State of Va., it is ordered that the said defendant, Rowena Kirkpatrick Gaunt do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what riiay be necessary to protect her interest in this suit. And it, is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a /veek for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door^f the Courthouse of this County oi^ or before the 10th days of September, 1958, arid that the Clerk piail a copy hereof to eacn or tne said defendants to the post-office address given in'the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
