Niton Sisk of Sperry* ville, tfrith your county agent, Will leave Virginia Tech Wednesday November 26th for Chicago where he will represent Virginia in the National 4-H Sheep Shearing Contest. He will be competing with, state champion, shearers from all; over the United States for the following awards presented by <heSunbeam Corporation, Chicago, Illinois.
1st. $300.00 College scholarship
2nd. $150.00 College scholarship
Red Ribbon Group: $50.00 Savings Bond to each of die six winners. The preliminary contests will be held December 2nd and 3rd nnd the finals on December 5.
Local citizens, organizations, and businesses have very generously supplemented the finakicing of die trip, sponsored on the state level by United Wool Growers Coop.
