AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK! COUNTY HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF RAPPAr HANNOCK COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY. FEBRUARY 4, 1959. ALL MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD BEING PRESENT.
Joseph T. Warren, Resident Engineer of ihe Highway Department appeared before the Board and reuested that a public hearing be set for Wednesday, March 4, 1959 at ten o’c|ock AM. Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Buckner and seconded by Supervisor E. M. Estes and unanimously adopted, the Board instructed its Clerk to give notice as provided by lavv in Title 33j Section 47 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, that a Representative' of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County' at the Court
