In order that we might have another successful 4-H year in 1959, a 4-H Program Planning Meeting was held a week ago, Friday evening in the Court House. 4-H Club officers, adult leaders and club members were invited to attend 'and tak,e part in developing a short and long-time program plan for 4-H Clubs of Rappahapnock County, as they all'have taken an (active part in 4-H Club activities and through their observations of of these activities, they have become aware of some of the needs and problems which are essential in helping to plan such a problem. The following is the “Plan” which was made up and adopted:
