Mrs. A. M. Verner, who has been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Raymond Jenkins and Mr. Jenkins in Mainassas, spent Wednesday and Thur|day with Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Updike here. Mrs. L udike is also a daughter of Mrs. Verners. Thursday the Updikes and Mrs. Verner were in Charlottesville for checkups. Mrs. Verner has been sick for some time but says that she is improving nicely.
