Major Scott Jenkins, Rappahuntuvk County V Chief IVputy Sheriff has instituted an innovative program to instruct citizens ui handgun safety and use.
"This may be the first Much class in the state to be ottered by a Sheriffs iHhce to local citizens*’* says Jenkins.
Sheriff Cotuue Snuth is fully supportive of Jenkins' % efforts to provide this handgun course. Both Jenkins mid Smith are in favor oi citizens being well prepared and well instructed to carry and use handguns.
