Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Frazier hosted a party at their home Saturday afternoon for their daughter, Vinessa-Lynn, who celebrated her fourth birthday. Friends, family and classmates were in attendance, numbering about 25, and enjoyed celebrating the occasion.
