FARM Seeking Operations Manager for new national multiple-discipline equine training center located near The Plains. VA. Experience required:
• Basic understanding of training of horse and riders for steeplechase, cross country, polo and horse show competition at the Olympics level.
• Good business experience (marketing & promotion), minimum 2 to 3 years practice • Good customer relations and writtea verbal communication skills
• Grounds and horse facilities management
