Mr. and Mrs Elantha Carson, of rov:neron. spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Hix M's. Etta Glenn and son. Stuart R Glenn, visited Mr. and Mrs. E. W Carson in Appomattox last week. They spent several days this week with Mrs R. B Wilson in Green Bay and were met there by Mr. Glenn's daughter. Suzanne Glenn, of Greensboro College. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Far rar Sunday were Mrs. J. D. McDear man and Mrs. Harold Spencer, of Appomattox. Bernard Farrar, of Burkeville. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Cawthorne. of Spout Springs, and Mrs Ida Mae March, of Lynchburg. Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Ferguson spent the past week end in Wash ington. D. C.. with their daughter. | Mrs. W. A. Patterson, and her family While there they went to the National Cathedral. Mr. and Mrs. J F. Glenn spent j Monday and Tuesday of last week in Baltimore. Mrs. Bernice Young continues very ill at her home. Mrs. R. B. Wilson was in Prospect Sunday. She and her mother visited Mrs R . W Fuqua in Southside Com munity Hospital. Richmond, at Oakdale, their home here. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Berger were Henry Berger and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Berger, and daughter, all of Richmond.
