Crozet A. C. Sunday
The Madison Indians of the Blue Ridge League defeated the Crozet A.C. in a game played at Madison last Sunday afternoon. Madison gathered 10 hits and 8 runs while Crozet was collecting 12 hits and 6 runs. This was considered an outstanding game since Crozet has led the Blue Ridge League for the past two years.
The Madison Indians will play Orange Ramblers in a night game at Culpeper Athletic Field, tonight (Thursday) at 8:00.
Sunday afternoon, April 30, the Madison Indians will be hosts to the strong Louisa A. C. at 2:30. Manager Bob Hoffman, formerly with the St. Louis Cardinals, will be on the mound for the Madison Indians.
