The Harrisonburg Rotary Club’s Fourth annual Antique Show anil Sale will be held at the Civic Center on June 10, 11, 12, and 13. This event which attracted more than 1600 people during the 1951 show and featured exhibitors from seven states, promises to be bigger and better than, ever this year. S—
Collectors of antique china, glassware, pottery, furniture, lamps, clocks, jewelry and simlar items can be assured of a wide variety of choice pieces to whet the appetite of the most discriminating hobbyists.
The Sale and Show will be open from TO jj-m, to 10 p.m. on the-above dates. Sandwiches and soft drinks —will be available at all times.
Proceeds from these annual shows are used by Rotary exduively for. its general Charity Fund, particularly for the aid of crippled children.

Hugh Henderson, 4-H livestock specialist at VPI, says Page, Shenandoah, and Rockingham counties will participate. --Another similar event will be held sometime in Jane at Buena Vista. t
Henderson says that although these ; two events will be the only ones of their typ4 this yeir, he hopes to establish sales throughout Virginia next year to take care of all 4-H’ers taking the sheep project. Another plan is to have sheep shearing schools within the reach of the same club members. At Harrisonburg event the lambs will be graded by representatives of the State Division of Markets, and ' ’ only the choice grades will be eligible to show. However, all lambs will be sold- 11x6 club members wHl compete. fo& some $150 in prizes donated by local businessmen. V, Rappahannock boys are discussing plans to take some of their * lambs to this show.
