Personally (even though the announcer did do a good job with his narrative), I hope he has all the white Christmases down in his neighborhood—snow may look pretty on the countryside, but as soon as the farmers have had enough for their wheat, I’m satisfied. The stuff is inconvenient.

For 1952 ACP Reports
Rappahannock county farmers who expect payment for practices performed under the 1952 Agriculture Conservation Program should make immediately. That was the warning their reports to the local PMA office issured this week by H. S. Barksdale, chairman of the PMA county committee, who announced that Thursday, January 15, 1953, is the last day on which these reports may be filed.
