Mrs. J. W. Price and son, J. W. Jr., were in Charlotesville on Friday, where Mrs. Price had a “check-up” at the University hospital.

Mrs. D. Lyle Miller is spending some time with her niece, Mrs. J. W. Price at “The Maples.” Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller and Mrs. W. C. Campbell were in Washington, D. C. on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell were in Culpeper shopping, Tuesday. The Rev. G. M. Profitt of Flint Hill substituted for Mrs. Ann Menefee last week in the Rappahannock High School. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Bailey and family, Steven and Nina of Marietta, Ohio are spending the holidays with Mrs. Bailey’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. V. Merrill. John Caskie left Wednesday to spend Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Brent in Richmond.
