In the case of the Commonwealth veVsus Will Starks, accused of breaking and entering, Starks was found guilty of simple assault and destroying private property. He was fined $25 and costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 4 suspended on payment of fine and costs and paying for the window .that was broken out and good behavior for 13. months. - .

Solek was fined $35 land costs in the case ofithe Commonwealth versuh Solek. Solek was charged with speeding. _ . ^ . - 4 y In the case of the Commonwealth versus Ernest Stephen Jenkins, Jenkins was fined $25 and costs and sentenced to jail for 10 days.
