Beginning at 10 A.M. (E.S.T.) .the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction on the premises the following described property owned by the late Guy K. Clatterbuck, the late S. J. Clatterbuck, and by Mrs. S. J. Clatterbuck. The real and personal property will be sold at different intervals and the sales will be conducted on the different properties hereinafter described, but it will commence t at said S. J. Clatterbuck residence, promptly at 10 A.M. (E.S.T.) PERSONAL PROPERTY OF GUY K. CLATTERBUCK 8 rolls of wire, 1 roll of tin, 1 Level Land horse drawn plow, 2 plows, Miscellaneous small tools, 1 lot of pictures, 1 Walnut Table, 2 radios, 1 small magazine rack table, 1 library table, 1 antique brooder, 1 lot of lumber, 1 sprayer, 2 ladders, pitchfork, post hole diggers, axes, corn knife, miscellaneous hinges and tools, 1 can of lime sulphur, 1 horse, 1 Norge refrigerator (1950 - 7-cu. ft.), 1 organ and stool, 1 roll top desk, 1 wash stand, 1 heat stove, 2 couches and 2 chairs, 1 vise, 1 wood saw, 1 lot of miscellaneous bridge bolts, other articles too numerous to mention. PERSONAL PROPERTY OF S. J. CLATTERBUCK 1 1953 Chevrolet pickup, 1 level land 2-horse felow, 1 lot of single trees, 1 lot of miscellaneous checks and leathers, wire stretchers, cfovr bars, pitchforks, 1 single-shovel plow, 1 horse-drawn* mower, 2 Holstein cows with calves, 1 Guernsey cow, 2 sprayers, 1 set of harness,_ 1 spring-tooth harrow, 1 grindstone, 1 cut-off saw (without frame), saddle, planes, chisels, vises, hoes, anvil, forge, small tools, 1 doubleshovel plow, 1 horse-drawn rake, 1 Guernsey heifer and calf, 2 yearling Hereford heifers, 1 lot of lumber, one-half interest in David Bradley garden tractor and attachments. I will also sell the following property belonging to Mrs,

CLATTERBUCK: 1 chest of drawers, 1 dining room table, 1 upholstered sofa bed, 1 sausage grinder, 1 10-gallon stone jar, 1 lot of chairs, 2 bedsteads, 1 buffet, 1 leather sofa bed, 1 Hotpoint washer, lot of empty fruit jars, and stone jars, miscellaneous other articles too numerous to mention. REAL ESTATE TRACT NO. 1: All that tract or parcel of land containing by estimation 34.14 acres, more or less, located in “Gid Brown Hollow" in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and known as the “Texanna Clatterbuck Land." TRACT NO. 2: All that tract or parcel of land containing 25/100 of an acre, more or less, known as the “John E. Clatterbuck Lot and Dwelling, House" located in the “Gid Brown Hollow” in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, presently occupied as a dwelling by Mrs. S. J. Clatterbuck. _ TRACT NO. 3: All that tract or .parcel of land located in the “Gid Brown Hollow" in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, known as the “Guy K. Clatterbuck Residence", contain- . ing 2.68 acres, more or less, acquired by Guy K. Clatterbuck from John A. Jones, by deed, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 52, at page 415. TRACT NO. 4: All of that tract or parcel of land located in the “Gid Brown Hollow" in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 87 acres, more or less, acquired by Guy K. Clatterbuck from R. (B. Jones et al., by deed recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed iBook 44, at page 267. \ TRACT NO. 5: All of that tract/or parcel of land located in the “Gid Brown Hollow” in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County) Virginia, containing 21.56 acres, more or less, acquired by Guy K. Clatterbuck from R. B. Jones et al., by deed recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 34, at page 195.

The undersigned reserve the right to reject any and all offers of? account of inadequacy of price. The sale will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or rights of way of record.

Possession of the dwelling house and farm can be delivered immediately.

The farm or any parts thereof may be viewed or inspected- by interested persons on or before the date of sale. '' " .
