Rev. Billy Graham, nationally known Evangelist and producer of the world’s first Christian western film “Mr. Texas," will be seen in another religious film, “Oiltown, U.S.A.,” to be presented on January 14, 1955 in the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church near Woodville. The Reverend George Bowman III, in charge of local arrangements for the showing, announced that, the picture will begin at 7:30 . p.mu with the, doors of the auditorium opened at 6:45 p.m.

Under the auspices of the Woodville and Mount Lebanon Baptist Churches, Graham’s film features the Evangelist and mem-, bers of his Team in their citywide evangelistic crusade in Houston, Texas. Highlighting the film are scenes from the meeting in Rice Stadium where 60,000 gathered to hear Graham for one of the largest evangelistic meeting* in American history.

The Reverend Bowman pointed , out that there is no charge for admission, and that the 175.seats of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church will be on a “first come” basiy.

The marriage of Miss Mary Anna: Jenkins, daughter of Mrs. Virginia Jenkins of Woodville, and Campbell T. Hitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hitt of Slate Mills, was solemnized Friday evening, December 31st at the home of the officiating minister, the Rev. George W. Bowman III, pastor: of Woodville Baptist •‘Church. ' Mrs. Virginia Jenkins of Woodville arid Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hitt of Slate Mills, parents of this bride and groom, and Miss Betty Ann Hitt attended the ceremony.
