PANTHERS—ROCKETS SHARE VICTORIES
Two well matched teams met in spirited contests on the Spreryville basketball court Monday night, with the Rockets claiming one victory, and the Pantherettes the ! other. ,
The Rocket girls bowed to the Pantherettes with a score of 44-43, giving the R. C. H. S. team po breathing space. The Rocket boys lead the Panther boys by a 54-53 score when the final whistle blew. ■t Alice Leake and Jean Althur were high scorers for the school team while Pauline Jenkins and Ann Lynn Atkins were high scorers for the Rockets. Donald Liscomb and Francis Bruce led the scoring for the Panthers and Nick Cascio and Billy Bruce sank the most baskets for the Rockets.
