He is survived by his wife Mrs. Frances Nichols Atkins of Wash* ington. one daughter, Mrs, Allie W. Frazier of Salem, Va., three brothers. Tom Atkins, Sperryville, Joe Atkins, Sperryville, Will Atkins. l*uray, Va.; one sister, Mrs. Annie WoodarJ of Sperryville. and a half sister. Mrs. May Woodard of Sperryville.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 31 at 3:30 o clock from the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church with interment in the family section of the Sperryville Cemetery. Rev. Edward Nicholson conducted the last rites. Active pall hearers were friends of the deceased.
