The Reverend George W. Bowman., Ill, pastor of Woodville a id Mount Lebanon "Baptist Churches, has resigned to become pastor of Faith Baptist Church of South Boston. Va. His resignation 's effective September 15th.
Mr. Bowman has served these churches since July 1953. The Bowmans have'three children. Karen, age 3. Gregory'. age2 and Chris.
''Graduated from the University of Richmond and Union Theological Seminary' in Richmond. Mr. Bowman has also been pastor of Lakeside Baptist Church in Richmond. Mrs. Bowman, the former Mary Catherine Bunting of Wachin'rton. D. C.. is a graduate of Westhnmoton College.
