Mr. Phil Felbum of Dayton, Ohio has also purchased the Jenkins Mountain tract of 352 acres from Carson Johnson and J. M. Partlow and plans to use th* tract for hunting. Mrs. Elsie Brooks of Washing- , ton. D. C. purchased the Virgil Jenkins property on -State Road 600. consisting of 29 acres and house. Mrs. Brooks is remodeling the old house as evemital retirement home.
Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Tucker of Englewood, N. J. purchased the old Carter tract of 143 acres from Oaklv Bowen and plan to restore the old log cabin for temporary summer retreat and later plan building a permanent retirement home on the tact.
