B, Groves, Plant Pathologist, Winchester Va. and Dr. M. L. Bobb. Entomologist, Charlottesville, Va. will moderate panels on disease and insect problems. They will be assisted by Dr. C. H. Hill of Winchester and Mr R H Hurt of Charlottesville, Va.,;all of the V.P.I. Agricultural Experiment Station. Dr. Howard A- Rollins of the V.P.I, Agricultural Extension Service will dose the pest control session Wednesday morning with a question and discussion period and presentation of the 1958 pest control recommendations. William Arthur Fincham, retired .former of Rappihannock County, died at his home nearCul-, peper, Thursday. January 2, after a brief illness. * Mr. Fincham, 82 years of age, was the son of the late Charlie Fincham and Mary Jane Nichols Fincham of Rappahannock Co. He is.survived by three daughters, Mrs. Irvin Dodson of Culpeper, Mrs. Walter Weakley of Griffinsburg and Mrs. Marshall Bowers of Culpeper; six - sons, Aubrey Fincham of Culpeper, Robert Fincham of Culpeper, Bernard Firtcham of Culpeper, Fred Fincham of Culpeper, Raymond* Fincham*of Rappahannock and Clarence Fincham of Slate Mills; •fqur half*sisters, Mrs; Ross Coates, of Culpeppr Mrs. Vincent Painter of Culpeper, Mrs. Oscar Sisk of Peola Mills and Mrs. Arthur Jenkins of Slate'Mills; one half brother, Ernest Fincham of Brandy; 35 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. FuncraJ services were held Sunday, January 5th at 2:30 p.m* from the Geest Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the review Cemetery. Rev. Clem i A. Walters conducted the last rit*..
