AT A MEETING OF THE ■FOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY. VIRGINIA HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY,FEBRUARY 5 1958 ’ ALL* MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD BEING PRESENT.

WHEREAS, a resolution was passed by this Board on Nov. 6, •> 1957 requiring all places of public entertainment and dance halls withiin the County to be closed at 1:00 A.M. on all Sundays, and

WHEREAS, it now appears that some places of public entertainment '"n oeivbbnrinf* counties dose at 2:00 AM. on Sundays rather than 1:00 A.M.

IT is ordered that, the said resolution of -this Board adopted on Nov. 6. 1957. be and the same is hereby amended so that dance halls within this Countv may be operated Until 2:00 A.M. on Sundays, and closed at that time instSId of 1:00 A.M. as directed in said fort mer resolution. . .

And the Cletk of this Board shall cause a copy of this order to be published in the Rappahannock News in the issues of February 13 and 20, 1958. ,
