The Castleton Fire Co.5 was ■ called to the farm of Charlie Hawkins near Scrabble Wednesday evening to a brush ,fire which ’? was threatening the bam owned by Lucy Childs. The fire was soon • brought;under control. No damage" was done.
The Castleton Fire Co was ’ called Saturday night to the Scrabble area where fire had broken out in the Bessie Bell Mt. The fire was brought under control after fabout two hours. On Sunday morning the company was called again when fire broke out. It was soon put out. The Washington Fire Co. also ansewered the call to the Scrabble area on Saturday.
