Bank iii special containers, which are being placed in the Alexandria Hospital,' Arlington Hospital ; Winchester Memorial Hospital; Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg; Fauquier Hospi-t tal, Warrenton; and Loudoun . County Hospital, Leesburg. Doc-I tors associated with the hospitals will enucleate eyes at no charge. Those who require the services of the eye bank and are unable to pay are helped without charge. The Specialists working with the eye bank give their sendees free for indigent patients.
Persons interested in helping with this humanitarian effort may obtain further information from the chairman of the local eye bank committee or any member of the Lions Club. Participation in the Eye Bank Program is by means limited to Lions Club, however, AH other organizations are invited to participate’ in the program. In order to acquaint others with the Eye Bank Story, a Speaker’s Bureau has been formed.
