In February The Methodist Church of Washington will sponsor a Wellington's Birthday Dinner at the Episcopal Parih flail <*» February; 20th. Tickets are now being sold by the members of the church.
This is the fourth year the • church has sponsored the* dinner, which is served by the ladies of the church. Money raised from this annual affair is used to make repairs and improvements on the church. This year the money will be used to help pay for an oil fired furnace that has been installed ii»r the church. In past years the genercos support of the public and the willingness of die membership to work and give nas made possible four new class rooms, {Minting and refinishing the inside and outside of the church, new carpeting down . the center aisle and over all the pulpit area and-several other small, jobs. The members are indeed thankful for all that has been made possible. j
