Mr. and Mrs. William Arthur Miller of Mount Prospect, Washington, Virginia,-announce the engagement of their daughter, Evelyn Tyler, to Lieutenant James Stewart Willis, Jr. U. S. Army*'' son of General and Mrs J^mes Stewart Willis of Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Lieutenant Willis is a graduate of the United States Militaij' Academy, West Point, New York, class of 1958.
Miss Miller is a granddaughter1 of the late Senator and Mrs. John James Miller of Mountain Green, Washington, Virginia and of the late Andrew J. Brent and the late* Mrs. John Marshall Caskie of Richmond, Virginia. - .
