4-H Girls Complete

The Flint Hill 4-H Oub girls met at the home of Mr*.-Writer* Saunders this summer to carry project work in Meal Preparation. The girls were encouraged to fidlow the Basic .4 Chart in selecting, the proper foods to eat.' ' * ‘
Discussion topics covered during the project include !: table setting, cooking eggs for breakfast, packing a school lunch; salads, preparing vegetables and milk and fruit desserts.
The following girls gave a demonstration: Nancy Atkinc table setting; Barbarn Clatterbuc’c. tomato salad; Charlotte Moore, jello fruit dessert artd Virginia Bradford cookies.
The last meeting was held August 6th at which time the girls completed their record sheets and discussed their demonstrations for die countv contest to be held this fall.
