Friday night Miss Ethel Holmes of Amissville was crowned queen by Or. J. R. Boldridge. Runnersup were Miss Beverly Latham and Miss Agnes James. Each contestant received flowers and a gift.

Huntly Girl Injured
. - An eight-year old girl of Huntly was seriously injured Tuesday when she ran’into the side of an automobile on Route 522 near her home. *
Police identified the child as Barbara Scott, daughter of Kate Scott of Huntly. She was rushed to Warren Memorial Hospital by officer John Williams in the Front Royal Fire Department ambulance and from there she was moved to Cniversrity Hopsital, Charlottesville because of the seriousness of her condition.
The driver of the car was Dale Raymond Barnes of Erie, Pa., according to Trooper W. A. Buntin
