Mr. Hook, wjho has appeared as bit player andj dancer in hundreds of motion pictures, television films and live T jshows, has served for the past three years a social secretary to Tallulah Bankhead. He served as production assistant for “Craig’s Wife,” and “Midgie Purvis,” recent Broadway shows starring Miss Bankhead.
