Banks Plan Merger
Presidents John S. Browning, First National Bank of Flint Hill and Glen Robertson, The Citizens National Bank of Front Royal, announced today that the Boards of Directors of the two banks have voted to combine the banks through merger. The directors of the two banks feel that a merger would be of great benefit to the businessmen and residents of Warren and Rappahannock Counties.
