how many times I go up there, I enjoy it as much as the first time. I am always distressed ^vhen I see tourists in our section in bad weather, for they miss so much of our glorious scenery.
Stopped for a visit with Fanny and Johnny when I came down the mountain. Hadn’t seen them for some time. And I did eat just a tiny cone of frozen custard. Oh well, can’t hurt my figure anyhow.
Enroute home saw some reminders that it won’t be long til school starts. Busses were being repaired and serviced and neatly lined in a row waiting that day. The typewriter maintenance man was at the high school servicing the machines in the commercial department.
Then it was back to the old stand, for all play and no work isn’t good for me.
