B.W. Whorton
Browning William Whorton, 67, of Elkwood died October 25, 1976 at the University of Virginia hospital following a sudden illness.
Mr. Whorton was a native of Rappahannock and a resident of Culpeper for many years. A retired farmer, he was the son of the late Sam Whorton and Julia Hitt.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Daisy W. Atkins of Benton - ville; two sons, William B. Whorton of Elkwood and Raymond A. Whorton of Manassas; five sisters, Mrs. Eddie Keyser of Washington, Va., Mrs. Mattie Butler of Culpeper, Mrs. Olive Dodson of Culpeper, Mrs. Neva Alther of Rixeyville and Mrs. Minnie Fincham of Orange; three brothers,
