Wakefield Country Day School's varsity volleyball and soccer teams each posted thrilling victories last Friday over Tandem Friends.
The boys were down 3»1 with 10 minutes to go but used a three-goal surge down die stretch to pull out a 4-3 victory. The girls played a five set marathon with Tandem and rallied horn a 4-0 deficit in the final game to pullout a 15-0 decision.
The volleyball team fill' lowed up with 3-0 victories this week over Quantico High School and ML View Christian Academy to raise their record to 5-0.
Boys soccer defeated ML View by a whopping 15-0 decision but had a tough 3-2 loss to Wakefield School on Wednesday.
