Agronomy Topics Will Be Considered At Five Meetings In Buckingham Five meetings to discuss agro nomy problems will be held in j different areas of Buckingham county, this week. Buckingham County Extension Agronomy Committee and R. S. Fllis. county ageht. have arranged these meet ings. John F. Shoulders, associate extension agronomist from VPI. wil be the speaker at these meet ings. He will discuss such topics ■ as better use of idle land, pasture management, varieties of alfalfa and corn hybrid and recommend ed crops and fertilizers. “Cash m on Corn." a movie, will be shown at these five meetings, also. Meeting dates and places will be Tuesday. Feb 10. at 7:30 p. m , Curdsville School. Wednesday, Feb. 11. at 1 30 p. m.. Davidson's cold storage building, and 7:30 p. m . Andersonville Giange Build ing: Thursday. Feb. 12. at 1:30 p. m . Buckingham Courthouse, and 7:30 p. m.. Well Water School. Farmers are urged to attend one of these meetings, the one j which will be most convenient. j The Curdsville ano Anderson ville meetings will be sponsored by the Granges in those areas.
