Tobacco Market Will Have Tuesday. Thursday Sales The Farmville Tobacco Market will conduct sales this week on Tuesday and Thursday with the first sale starting at the usual time. Support prices will bo in ef fect both days for the final ' clean-up" of the 1952 crop. Across the dark-fired belt last week gross sales amounted to j 630.675 pounds, averaging $33.76. Season sales readied 12.316,120 pounds for a $35.48 average. Season sales to the pool Asso ciation now stands at approxi mately 19 per cent of total sales, it is reported. The week s average dropped 41 cents below that of the previous week.
