Parent Education (iroun Will Organize At Rice Thursday A Parent Education croup will he organized among patrons of Rue Elementary School at a meeting Thursday, Feb. 19. at. 7:30 p m under the sponsorship of the P-TA, Mrs. John Koonce. president of the Farmville District P-TA. will be present to assist with organi zation. as will Mrs. Richard Re ville. of Blackstone, district chair man of Parent Education. Both will be curst speakers. The new group will promote study and discussion of education problems, particularly as they Pertain to elementary school chil dren. It will also seek to provide a mutually helpful field of en deavor uniting parents, pupils and teachers. Rice P-TA leaders feci the or ganization will prove of vital help to parents, and have urged pat rons to be present to learn the purposes and aims of the Parent Education movement.
