Green Bay Mrs. J \V. McFarland. 77. who has been a life Ion'.’, resident of this community, died at her home here February 8. and was burled in the church cemeiery Tuesday, Feb 10. She will be sorely missed m the church where she faith fully worked for many years and will also be missed by the whole community by both white and colored. She was a friend to all II. D Kauffman, 75. of Appo mattox, a brother of Mrs. J. W. McFarland died at. the home of his son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Carr. February 9. and was buried in the church cemetery here Wednesday. Feb. 11. George Kebel. 88, died at the home of his daughter. Mrs. Rose Soret. Thursday. Feb. 12. He had been nil invalid for several years. He will be buried at Fredericks burg. Mr. and Mrs. Bernie White and sons, of Fredericksburg, were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Glascock recently. Mis. Frank Fully, of Richmond, and son. Billy Pully. of Char lottesville. were guests of Miss Lily Hardaway Sunday before last. Mr. and Mrs. James Glascock and Joyce Ami visited Mrs. Betty Kalluin. at Victoria. Thursday. Mrs. Alma Verelle and Mrs. F. D. Richardson, of Richmond, at tended the funerals here of Mrs. J W. McFarland on Tuesday and If D. Kauffman on Wednesday of last week. Mrs. r T Redd spent, several days the past week with her cnil dren at Richmond
