Miss Eloise Hanes Rev. Mr. Henley Wed Saturday The marriage of Miss Annie Eloise Hanes, daughter of Mrs 1 James Garland Hanes, or Farm villp. and the late Mr Hanes, to the Rev George Gray Henlev. son of the R,ev. and Mrs. Earle Erwin Henley, of Madison, took place at 4 30 p m., Saturday. Feb. 14, in Johns Memorial Episcopal Church. The Rev. Jean A Vache pastor, officiated, and the Rev Earle Erwin Henley, father of the groom, assisted. David Crute sang "O Perfect Love." preceding the ceremony. Given in marriage by her bro ther. James Garland Hanes, of Richmond, the bride wore a dress of ivory satin fashioned with a bodice cf Chantilly lace and seed pearls. The full skirt had a wide circular train. Her veil of import ed illusion was caught, by a clothe of satin and pearls, and she car ried a prayer book with white or chids and lily of the valley. Miss Martha Louise Scott, of i Martinsburg. W. Va.. was the maid of honor. Other attendants were Mrs James Garland Hanes, sister in-law of the bride. Miss Anne Crllier Orgain and Miss Anne Wingfield Charlton, all of Rich mond The attendants woie emerald green dresses and carried yellow . jonquils and tulips. The Rev. William Wesley Laughlm. Jr., of Alexandria, and the Rev Reginald Harrell Potts, III. of Newport News. After a reception at Longwood : House, the couple left for a Southern wedding trip. They will make their home in Alexandria.
