Mias Carver and her runner-up were also presented. Friday night callers of Mrs. Beulah Wallace were Mrs. Estelle Dennis and Mrs. Ethel Dennis. Mrs. Maude Williams is on the sick list. She is in Washington, D.C., where she taking treatment Mrs. Nellie Clark is on the rick list Mrs. Ollie Jackson and children attended the races Saturday in Sperryville. Sunday guests of the Wallace home were George Wallace, Marion and Melvin, Mr. Compton (shop teacher at Carver School) was also a guest Sunday. Other guests were Mrs. Priscilla Barber,, and Carolyn Xookie. Mrs. Lucy Childs attended the missionary meeting in Sperryville. Mr. and Mrs. James Harris, Sr. attended the races Saturday in Sperryville. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Glasker visited Mrs. Zepher Glasker over the week end.
